Go wander at The Farm, Byron Bay

Last night, Kane invited the boys over for a campfire in our garden after dinner. They finished up pretty late, so we decided to skip breakfast this morning, and go straight in with an early lunch.

We booked a table at Three Blue Ducks located in The Farm which is actually an 80 acre working farm. The restaurant mixes outdoor dining with a warehouse style local-produce store. I’m a big fan of blurring the eating and shopping experience as you know, so this place is right up my alley! They encourage their visitors to wander around the farm and learn about the farm to table experience. Everything is ethically sourced and sustainable.

After lunch, there’s plenty to do and see. We walked through the vegetable garden and the macadamia orchard before stumbling upon these super cute fluffy cows! Once we were done with our walking tour, we made a last pitstop at the Gelato cabin. A really fun afternoon. Highly recommended. Kane’s Pro Tip: If you want to charge your EV you’ll need either a CSS or chademo compatible socket, our Model X uses the Type 2 socket, and we didn’t have an adaptor so we couldn’t use the high speed charger.
